River Hajimirzaei

My name is River Hajimirzaei and I am multimedia savvy graduate of  The University of Oklahoma.  I recently took the plunge and moved to New York City to pursue a career in media.

I have professional strengths in the fields of online media, editorial writing, communication and organization.

Personally, my interests vary.  I enjoy everything from art and fashion to science and technology.  These interests are exemplified by current fitness and entertainment editorial assistant internship at SELF magazine and by my time spent at The University of Electro-Communications in Tokyo, Japan.

At SELF magazine, I have learned to tailor my writing ability with respect to the topic at hand. Along with my administrative duties, I am regularly charged with penning original work along with crafting multimedia components for these stories.  As far as organization and communication go, I pride myself on being thorough and can guarantee a quality performance that meets deadline (even if it requires long, hard hours).
